We are dedicated to delivering products and services that accelerate the transition to a greener future, with a focus on revolutionizing renewable electricity, renewable transportation, and renewable water generated from air.

Business Strategy

Our business strategy is focused on maximizing long-term profitability through strategic ownership and direct service delivery. We pursue two complementary approaches:

  1. Equity in Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs): We maintain a 10–20% ownership stake in any OEM that integrates the MECREGEN™ system into their products, ensuring alignment with our technology and long-term value capture.

  2. Direct Service Provision: We deliver renewable energy and water services directly to end customers, creating recurring revenue streams and strengthening our market presence.

This dual approach allows us to benefit from both product adoption and service-based revenue, reinforcing MECREGEN™ Group’s role as a leader in renewable solutions.

Instead of providing electricity for lighting and purified air, engines for transportation or clean water from the air. We become an indoor farming company.

Instead of providing engines for ships. We are a cargo shipping company that builds the vessels we use for shipping. 

Instead of selling semi-trucks, buses, and electricity generators, they would be leased.
